This privacy policy governs software applications and web interfaces operated by 1001741724 ONTARIO INC. (operating as Sencyan), located at 1338 Wellington Street West, Unit 10, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1Y 3B7.

1. ON-DEVICE SENSOR ACCESS
Our spatial and vision applications require permission to access device sensors—including camera, depth hardware, and microphones. All live video and environmental coordinates are analyzed strictly in real time on the host hardware to generate HUD projections and interactive spatial anchors. Raw sensor data is neither permanently logged nor transmitted without explicit intent.

2. NETWORK COMMUNICATON & AI STREAMING
When live multimodal AI features are initiated by the user, specific input frames or audio PCM buffers are transmitted over encrypted WebSocket connections to the designated inference endpoint solely to return real-time responses. We do not monetize, harvest, or retain user behavioral models.
